Custom Bike in Lormaye |
Lormaye is
a small village near Nogent Le Roi in France not far from where I live. It has a pretty clock tower (La Tour du Pilori)
which was once part of an old church, and an American Festival that is held
every year on May Day. As part of this
festival, called American Legend, they try and attract new and classic American
cars and motorbikes plus some custom cars and bikes and other cars and bikes of
interest, hence my interest. I arrived
somewhat late but there were still a few interesting vehicles on displays
including the inevitable tractors as this is an agricultural region. Here are a few pictures to give you a flavor
of the event. I hear afterwards that they had hundreds of Harley Davidson and American Classic Cars there earlier in the day; next year maybe!
