Vintage Revival Montlhéry 2019 - Plateau E - Alfas & Co.

1939 Alfa Romeo 6C 2500 SS Spider.
The Vintage Revival Montlhéry is not a race meeting but a classic car event where you can see pre-war cars drive around a really classic track.  No competition but an incredible variety of cars that you won't see at most historic races.

If you ask which was my favourite Plateau at the Vintage Revival at Montlhéry in  2019, there can only be one answer - the Plateaux E and its amazing selection of Alfa Romeos, Maseratis and Bugattis.  To honour these cars I headed to take photos of them on the iconic banking.  What a show they made!
1939 Alfa Romeo 308C.  A similar car once held the Montlhéry lap racord at 239kph in the hands of Raymond Sommer.

The Maserati takes the high road and the Alfa the low road.
